                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 
                   CONTRACT WITH WARREN PARKER UNLIMITED D/B/A 
                   EXHIBITS UNLIMITED, RELATIVE TO THE BESSIE 
                   SMITH HALL IMPROVEMENTS, SO AS TO DECREASE 
                   THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT BY FORTY-THREE 
                   THOUSAND DOLLARS ($43,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized an 
       Amendment to the Contract with Warren Parker Unlimited d/b/a 
       Exhibits Unlimited, relative to the Bessie Smith Hall 
       improvements, so as to decrease the amount of the contract by 
       $43,000.00.
